Financing, Controlling & HR

The Financing, Controlling & Human Resources department is responsible for central commercial and personnel-related functions at Inter-Connect. It manages financial planning and liquidity, ensures transparency and well-founded decision-making bases through controlling analyses, and looks after all personnel-relevant processes – from recruitment through development to administration. In this way the department creates stable, reliable framework conditions for sustainable and successful corporate management as well as long-term value creation.

IT – Development & Infrastructure

The IT department forms the technological backbone of Inter-Connect. It develops, operates and scales booking platforms, APIs and IT infrastructures for cruise lines and distribution partners. The focus is on automated data flows, stable system integrations as well as secure payment and process automation. Through a powerful, scalable architecture, the team ensures reliable operations and supports partners as well as internal departments with technical expertise and support.

Cruise – Reservation Services

The Cruise team is the central reservation and service unit of Inter-Connect. It supports travel agencies, distribution partners and end customers along the entire booking and service chain. This includes booking advice, inquiry and complaint management as well as after-sales services. In addition, the team takes on tasks in product and account management and ensures smooth, service-oriented support throughout the entire customer journey.

Sales & Marketing

Sales & Marketing is responsible for expanding market presence and the growth of our partners in the cruise market. The department supports cruise lines and distribution partners with B2B sales services, product trainings and sales coaching. In addition, the team designs and manages digital marketing and SEA campaigns, organizes trade fairs and industry events, and delivers data-based analyses as well as sales reports for continuous performance optimization.
